ATI Restoration is the nation’s largest family-operated disaster recovery firm. ATI specializes in restoration, environmental, and reconstruction services for both natural and man-made disasters.

In 2024, ATI acquired Professional Restoration, a trusted Denver-based company known for its expert, customer-focused restoration services.

Our team was tasked with expanding Professional Restoration’s existing headquarters to accommodate ATI’s new presence, ensuring a seamless integration of both brands while maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout the space.

The project involved redesigning and expanding key areas, including cubicle workstations, hoteling stations, private and executive offices, conference room, training area, shared offices, a break room, and a small call center. The design focused on creating flexible and collaborative workspaces for both companies while preserving the unique elements of each brand. We utilized a mix of high-quality furnishings from manufacturers such as HON, N9NE (a local furniture maker), Open Plan, and Mayline/Safco to support the diverse needs of the new office layout.

Throughout the design and implementation process, we worked closely with the client, conducting site visits, providing detailed drawings, and creating renderings to ensure the project met both functional and aesthetic requirements. The result is a unified, branded environment that fosters collaboration and reflects the values of both ATI and Professional Restoration.
